Continuum Now Connects to Eight More CRMs
Equisoft/connect, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Act! Premium Cloud, Laylah, Cloven and Zoho join Wealthbox and Maximizer. Import contacts, push notes and tasks, and search your CRM from Ask Continuum.
A meeting summary is only useful if it ends up where the rest of the client’s record lives. Continuum now integrates with Equisoft/connect, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Act! Premium Cloud, Laylah, Cloven and Zoho, alongside Wealthbox and Maximizer. Every integration is native, through the CRM’s own API and MCP, never through a browser agent typing into your screens.

What every CRM integration does
Import contacts and households into Continuum so meeting participants are matched automatically and speakers are tagged from your CRM. Push meeting summaries, notes and tasks back to the client and household record with one click. And search across your CRM from Ask Continuum, so a question like “which clients did I promise a follow-up this month” is answered from both your meetings and your CRM.
Connecting takes a minute
Open Settings, then Integrations, and choose your CRM. A dialog lists the permissions Continuum will request, then a popup opens the provider’s own sign-in. Approve, and contacts start importing. Act! uses an in-app form and Dynamics 365 shows an instance picker after sign-in; everything else follows the same flow. Connected integrations appear at the top of the grid with a status badge.
Equisoft and Laylah are available based on your country. If you do not see one you expect, it may not be offered in your region yet.
Why native matters
A native API integration is a real two-way connection that talks to the CRM the way it was designed to be talked to. It is fast, it stays reliable as the CRM changes, and it does not need your login credentials stored anywhere. Continuum does not use browser agents for any integration.
What is next
A Financial Planning category is rolling out in the integrations grid, and the same native approach extends to planning tools, including Conquest Planning. If your CRM is not on the list, tell us. Several of this year’s integrations started as a request from a single advisor.
