Ask Claude or ChatGPT About Your Meetings: Continuum's MCP Connector
Continuum is now listed in the Claude connector directory and the ChatGPT app directory. Connect your AI assistant and ask about your meetings, transcripts and clients in plain English.
Many advisors already have an AI assistant open all day. Continuum now connects to it. Through an MCP connector, Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Studio can search your meetings, pull up meeting details and read transcripts, and, depending on your organization’s features, create Pages and tasks. Everything stays limited to your Continuum organization and to what you personally can access.

What you can ask
“List my recent meetings.” “What did the Allens decide about their term life coverage?” “Draft a Page for the Smiths from Tuesday’s review.” The assistant answers with the context, summaries and decisions that live in Continuum, instead of guessing.
Connect from Claude
Open Continuum in the Claude directory, or click Add next to Claude in Continuum’s Settings, then MCP, and click Connect to Claude. Select your Continuum organization on the consent screen and approve. Back in Claude, Continuum appears in your connectors list with its tools and permissions.
Connect from ChatGPT
Open Continuum in ChatGPT, or click Add next to ChatGPT in Settings, then MCP. Install the plugin, connect, and approve your organization. Start a new conversation, add Continuum from the tools menu, and ask for your recent meetings. If your ChatGPT workspace restricts apps, your workspace administrator can enable Continuum.
For firms building their own agents
If your firm builds agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, add Continuum as a Model Context Protocol tool using the server details in the help centre. The same URL serves Canada and the US; you choose your organization during authorization.
Security
The connector uses the same sign-in and permissions as the Continuum app. It never exposes another user’s meetings, and it never exposes audio, because Continuum never records any.
Open Settings, then MCP, to get started.
